Websites for NDIS providers. Clear, accessible and careful with the rules.
Participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers all check a provider’s website before they get in touch. They want to know which supports you offer, where, whether you can take them on, and that you are who you say you are. We build NDIS provider websites that answer those questions plainly, work for people with disability, and follow the NDIA’s rules on logos and wording.
What an NDIS provider website needs. Answers, access and accuracy.
01
Registered or not, said accurately
Only registered providers may call themselves a "Registered Provider" or use the NDIA’s registered provider logos. Unregistered providers can still work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, and the site should say so plainly.
02
Your supports in plain English
A page for each support you offer, such as daily living, community access, respite or therapy, in words a participant is most likely to understand, with the areas you cover and how to get started.
03
A site everyone can use
The Australian Human Rights Commission says websites should meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. We design for it: strong contrast, readable text, keyboard access, descriptive links and image descriptions.
04
Honest prices and offers
The NDIS Code of Conduct bars charging participants more for goods than other customers without a reasonable justification, and the ACCC warns against claims like "NDIS approved". If you show prices, they stay clear and fair.
05
Enquiries handled with care
Information about someone’s disability is health information under the Privacy Act. Your enquiry form asks only what you need to reply, and every site we build has a privacy notice.
Where most start
Win Local, $50 a month
Win Local adds a page for each support and each suburb you cover, local SEO and Google Business Profile setup, and a monthly report of the enquiries your site brings in.
The NDIA’s logo guidelines say no business may use the NDIS logo without the NDIA’s written consent, and that unregistered providers must not describe themselves as registered or use wording like "official NDIS provider". The NDIA also asks providers to avoid statements such as "NDIS approved" or "100% NDIS funded".
So your site describes what you do in your own name, with "NDIS" used only to say who you work with. Sign-up gifts and incentives stay off it too: the Securing the NDIS for Future Generations Act 2026 adds offences for providers offering kickbacks and inducements.
The rules are still changing
Supported independent living and NDIS digital platform providers have had to register since 1 July 2026, and the NDIA has announced that mandatory registration expands to all high-risk supports from 1 July 2027. When your registration or supports change, your website changes with them: small updates are included in every plan.
We follow the NDIA’s and the NDIS Commission’s published guidance, but we aren’t lawyers or NDIS advisers. If you’re unsure what you can say, check with the NDIS Commission or your own adviser.

Get Online is $20 a month, Win Local $50 a month and Grow Online $80 a month. There is no upfront build fee and no lock-in contract, and you pay nothing until your website is live.
Can you put the NDIS logo on my website?
Not without the NDIA’s written consent, which it requires before anyone uses the NDIS logo. Registered providers may use the "Registered Provider" logos under the NDIA’s guidelines. We leave logos off unless you show us you’re entitled to them.
Do you build websites for unregistered providers?
Yes. Unregistered providers can work with participants who self-manage or plan-manage their funding, and your site says that clearly, so families know where they stand before they call.
Is Raptor Sites connected with the NDIS?
No. We are a web design business. We aren’t connected with the NDIA or the NDIS Commission, and we don’t refer participants to providers.
How does the free preview work?
Tell us about your business in the onboarding form and we build a working preview of your website. Your free website preview is ready within 48 hours of us receiving your completed onboarding form. Approve it and we take it live — you pay nothing until then. If you don't like it, you walk away and owe nothing.
