Free email check
Are your emails landing in spam? Check your domain in seconds.
If quotes and invoices go to your customers' junk folder, it's usually because a few email records are missing. Enter your domain or email address and see exactly what's set up, and what to add.
What it looks at
- Mail servers (MX)
- Which provider handles your email (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and others), and whether email to your address can be delivered at all.
- SPF
- The record that lists which servers may send email as your domain. Without it, your emails are more likely to be marked as spam.
- DKIM
- A digital signature on every email you send, which proves it really came from you.
- DMARC
- The policy that tells Gmail, Outlook and others what to do with emails pretending to be from you.
Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. No sign-up, and you see the full result straight away.
- Do you look at my emails?
- No. We only read the public DNS records for your domain, the same ones every email provider reads. We never see or touch your mailbox.
- Do you keep my domain?
- No. We look it up, show you the result and don't store it. See our privacy policy.
- I have fixed it. Why are my emails still in spam?
- DNS changes can take a few hours to spread. Spam filters also look at what you send and how often, so give it a day or two after the records pass.
